This course has been designed specifically for people who have been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and are looking for resources to help prepare for the journey ahead. This can be a stressful time, with multiple tests and scans, decisions about treatment options, and fears around the disease itself and potential side-effects of treatments. You may feel a loss of control over your body and your life, so I want to focus on the things you can control, and how you can best support your body and your mind through this challenging process. I focus on 6 Pillars: Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Management, Dealing with past Trauma, and Creating a Supportive Community. Optimising these six is the key to navigating this time successfully, and coming to the end of treatment physically and mentally strong. My hope is this provides you with a template on how to best approach this time, and gives you practical resources for your journey. Once you have done the course, you may find you need one on one coaching to implement some of the changes – you can then contact me and we can discuss next steps.
